As a Noctis member we offer both practical support through advice, information, and good practice initiatives as well as a good deal of political advocacy – working closely with government and key stakeholders – nationally and locally.
Practical Support
As well as offering advice and guidance on the forms and protocols needed to run a venue, Noctis offers its members personal help when they find themselves presented with problems with regulators at the local and national level.
Political Advocacy
Noctis works closely with a number of Government departments as well as stakeholders (both national and local) to present a strong business case for the late night industry. A number of legislators still hold negative views about the sector and Noctis strives to combat those misconceptions, working hard to lobby for better conditions.
NOCTIS Insurance scheme
In response to rising premiums and increasing uncertainty of cover, NDML Ltd & Noctis developed a member’s only insurance scheme. Through the scheme, Noctis venues that can demonstrate compliance with a code of practice are able to access insurance cover at discounted rates. The scheme is based on a core of socially responsible operations and has already saved Noctis members £1000's.
Quotations through the scheme provide cover for every eventuality combining the best policy benefits and features with the most competitive premiums.

Membership rates
Noctis membership rates are calculated based upon company turnover.
- Less than £2million - £250 (plus VAT)
- Less than £10 million - £500 (plus VAT)
- Less than £100 million - £1000 (plus VAT)
- Less than £250 million - £2500 (plus VAT)
- More than £250 million - £5000 (plus VAT)
